How long does an escape room take?
Each escape room experience lasts up to 60 minutes. We recommend allowing a little extra time before and after your game for check-in, instructions, and a quick debrief with your Game Master.
How many people can play?
Group size varies by room. Each escape room has its own recommended player count and maximum capacity, which you can see when selecting your room and booking time.
Are the escape rooms private?
Yes. When you book an escape room, the room is reserved for your group only. You will not be placed with other guests or another party.
What happens if we get stuck?
Your Game Master will be monitoring your experience and can provide hints when needed. You can ask for help during the game, so getting stuck on one puzzle does not have to stop your progress.
What happens if we don't escape?
If time runs out before you complete the room, the game will end and your Game Master can walk you through what you missed. Escaping is the goal, but the experience is designed to be fun whether or not you make it out in time.
Are escape rooms suitable for children?
Escape rooms can be a great activity for families, but some rooms may contain themes, puzzles, or environments that are better suited to older players. Check the individual room description or contact us if you're unsure which experience is best for your group.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling or cancellation options may depend on availability and how close the request is to your scheduled game time.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable clothing and come ready to explore, search, and solve puzzles. You do not need to bring any special equipment—everything required to play will be provided as part of the experience.
